Hi there,

Welcome to Chilli Ho Ho. My name is Indra Jackson and I run a small catering company specializing in authentic Asian Food. I fell in love with the sights and sounds of Asia at an early age after numerous family trips to Sri Lanka. Since then I've travelled extensively throughout Asia exploring the culture and the exotic cuisine. I have cooked alongside local people and learnt all about the wonderful array of ingredients and dishes that create some of the most exciting food in the world. My idea of heaven is sitting outside on a warm night with a plate of spicy Beef Rendang and Fragrant Rice soaking up the hustle and bustle of an Asian Night Market.


With Chilli Ho Ho my aim is to bring the wonderful flavours of Sri Lanka, Thailand, Cambodia and Bali to your home with cooking courses and dinner parties. I can teach you all about aromatic Thai herbs and spices with a hands-on session in your own kitchen or how to roast whole spices to make Sri lankan curry powder. Alternatively, you can simply relax and enjoy the aromas of whole cinnamon, cloves and dark roasted spices wafting from your kitchen as we prepare a selection of Sri Lankan curries and sambols for you or the fragrant aromas of lemongrass and coconut from our Thai and South East Asian dishes.

In my blog I'd love tell you about some of the dishes we offer and about the inspiration and stories behind the dishes, inspired by my travels...

I hope that you will get a taste of some of the exciting places I’ve travelled to in Asia and feel tempted by the many irresistible street food snacks and dishes that have I enjoyed there. Hopefully you will feel inspired to find out more by trying out a cooking workshop, or booking Chilli Ho Ho to cater for you. There will be some recipes, examples of the menus I offer and some snippets about ingredients…with lots of photos from my travels!
